Product: Autodesk Genuine Service — A newer version of this application is already installed on this computer. If you wish to install this version, please uninstall the newer version first. Click OK to exit the wizard. 

Solution

To resolve this issue, you must first uninstall the newer version of the Autodesk Genuine Service using a deep uninstallation tool.

1. Thoroughly uninstall the existing Autodesk using a dedicated deepuninstaller tool.
2. After the uninstallation is complete, restart your computer.
