Error 1719: The Windows Installer Service Could Not Be Accessed

Solución

To resolve this issue, follow these steps:

1. Open the Services application.
   • Press Windows Key + R to open the Run dialog.
   • Type services.msc and press Enter.
2. In the Services window, locate Windows Installer.
3. If the service is stopped, right-click on it and select Start.
