Steps to Resolve
- Open
deepuninstaller. - Navigate to
Extension Features. - In the search bar, type
flexand click Search. - Select the relevant option/button and click it. Once a successful repair message is displayed, attempt to open the software.
Additional Troubleshooting
If the issue persists after following the steps above:

- Run the downloaded tool as an administrator (right-click and select “Run as administrator”).
- When prompted, enter the Autodesk software version (e.g.,
2024) and press Enter. - Scroll through the list to find the name of the problematic software.
- Click Install.
- Note: It is recommended to temporarily disable any antivirus software before running this tool.
Post-Resolution Best Practice
After successfully resolving the issue and opening the problematic software:
- If you restart your computer, do not immediately launch any Autodesk applications. Allow a brief period (e.g., a few minutes) after Windows starts up before attempting to open Autodesk software. This can help prevent the Flexnet error from recurring.
