This issue can occur if a beta language option is enabled in the system’s region settings, specifically the “Beta: Use Unicode UTF-8 for worldwide language support” setting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To resolve this issue, disable the “Beta: Use Unicode UTF-8 for worldwide language support” option in your operating system’s region settings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Steps to Disable Beta Language Support<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

  1. Access Region Settings:<\/strong>\n

    • Windows 10\/11:<\/strong> Go to Settings > Time & Language > Language & Region.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Windows 7\/8.1:<\/strong> Go to Control Panel > Region.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Navigate to Administrative Language Settings:<\/strong>In the Language & Region settings, click on Administrative language settings or select the Administrative tab in the Region dialog box.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Change System Locale:<\/strong>In the “Region” dialog, under the “Administrative” tab, click Change system locale….<\/li>\n\n\n\n
